Getting Here From Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral
You are crossing two rivers to get anywhere, so the route you pick matters more here than it does almost anywhere else in Brevard.
From Cape Canaveral and north Cocoa Beach
A1A north to SR 528, the Beachline, and head west. You cross the Banana River on the Bennett Causeway, run the width of Merritt Island, then cross the Indian River into Cocoa. Pick up US‑1 north and stay on it into Titusville. We are at 1350 S Washington Avenue on your left, on the west side of US‑1. Roughly 42 minutes.
From south Cocoa Beach
SR 520 west across the Cocoa Beach Causeway, over Merritt Island, then the Merritt Island Causeway into Cocoa. From there US‑1 runs north along the Indian River the whole way. Slightly slower than the Beachline, and a considerably better drive.
From Port Canaveral
SR 401 west to SR 528, then the Beachline route above. If you are running a loaded trailer or a box truck out of the port, this is the one to take; the causeway is straighter and the turns are wider than the SR 520 route.
The landmark that matters
Coming north on US‑1 you will pass a Honda Parts store on your left and then our lot. If you reach the AutoZone, you have gone one property too far.
