STAY AWAY.. crooked sales and finance. Tell you that a 1500.00 Zurich shield is included on all cars and can't be removed..its xxxxxxxxx, they put nothing on the cars and its just a profit margin. Just an FYI to the local consumers, Starling Dealerships are now charging 3% to use your credit card for parts and services like oil changes. Disappointed that a HUGE company that owns so many dealerships is passing this cost onto their loyal customers. Credit card companies have always charged these fees, and now yet another business, in addition to restaurants, is passing that cost onto us. Patrons are gradually taking there business elsewhere, so Be Careful!!!

I am typically not real fond of car salesman. That being said, the experience I had at starling was awesome. They were not pushy, very helpful, and had a lot of inventory to choose from. Sales manager, Steve and his team were very polite and courteous. Glad I shopped at this store. Bought my first truck, Daytona Chevrolet dealership way too big. Titusville is a smaller dealership and very much more personable. Thumbs up.
To be honest, this is my second new car purchase from this dealership. The first purchase was a new 24 1500 Denali Ultimate on February 7, 2024. Angelo was my sales person I had been to many dealers in the area before stopping here being told that my previous car was to far negative to be able to trade out of both Angelo and Steve were patient and worked hard and were able to get me into a brand new buick encore gx while also paying off my negative equity it was the easiest time I've had at any dealership and the nicest car I've had I will definitely be back in the future when it comes time for an upgrade

So much so that I did the majority of the communication, and paperwork from the comfort of my own home, instead of long periods of time in the dealership itself. I loved my experience at this dealership. Tico and Eric took good care of me. He got a car delivered from Stuart with all black rims free of charge. Both guys in finance I spoke with over 2 days took good care of me and were able to explain all the numbers and how interest works to me. Will come back when my boyfriend needs a truck.

Everything was fine until the car was done. Instead of coming to get me and checking me out, they sent me an email. I thought that was very impersonal. I couldn’t do the check out on my phone so I needed a person anyway. I don’t like that way of doing business. You need the personal touch all the way through.

Extremely competitive pricing on used cars, and only have dealer and ttl fees. Paperwork and buying process maybe took at most an hour. Even had to wait for the detailing to finish. Philip and manager were extremely friendly and helpful

I arrived for an 8am appt, normal oil change & tire rotation. My car did not enter the shop until 9:05am. As a waiting customer no one ever notified me of any delay. Need better communication between technicians, service advisor and the paying customer !
