It was fine. My car got completed. Will take my purchases and service elsewhere. Not sure if want to try starling again. Was told to please rate perfect otherwise they fail and although did apologize for the issues which I understand happen I was told that 'I'm sure this kind of thing happens in your job too'. If mistakes happen in my job like this people could die so no we try our best to ensure mistakes like this do not happen.

We were able to get an appointment when it was convenient for us. The trouble we had was with the GM Protection plan. The technician found a leaking cooler line which essentially destroyed the transmission. The tech recommended a replacement transmission but the warranty company said rebuild it. This lead to several additional failures after the rebuild of other trans components requiring additional warranty inspector visits and added to the time to fully repair. Alignment mechanic could not or did not align the vehicle properly and ultimately the vehicle had to return the following Saturday and the mechanic who addressed the vehicle damaged it by not following maintenance procedures for camber/caster adjustments and the vehicle had to stay at the dealership. Repair parts had to be ordered and ultimately the vehicle was repaired and an acceptable alignment was performed. Trigg and Justin were beyond professional in all respects.

I made an appointment to drop off my Wed night for it service on Thursday. All I wanted was for them to take it for a test drive to see what was making a loud rattling noise. It said there until Monday. When I picked it up the tech stated that he started it up and could not get it to make a rattling noise and then turned it off. Called on Tuesday for apt. No one answered & automated voice said to text for apt. I did but no one texted back. Called back Thurs & said no one got back - no acknowledgment/apology nothing but she made apt, then in middle of me saying “thank you” she hung up. Didn’t say bye or anything…I just confirmed that time worked & CLICK. Pretty sure it was the new girl. Waited over two hours for basic service apt. They weren't that busy. They don’t negotiate price or trading. I was told ide get an amount for my car then when I got there it changed. They made me sign paperwork before I even was aloud to test drive car. I got the car a week after I signed papers. They said they would do oil change and it’s not on the car fax.
