This dealership was recently acquired by the current owners from a long- standing family-owned business. Everything I have seen and heard has been positive. My iwn recent experience was a good one. Although they had my 24 year-old GMC all week, they did a substantial amount of work on my beloved Sierra! I Wii definitely still recommend this dealership and return myself for any future maintenance.

Service was very good but I was very disappointed iin the car with only 33 thousand miles the ultranater was bad and it wasn’t covered under warranty it was Buicks bad. Part and it should have been covered instead of me having to pay for your shoddy parts

I believe the dealership has some issues to over come. I waited an hour before they took my truck back to do an oil change and that was with an appointment. Then the tech rotated my tires and to asked the service manager to have the tech to put my tires back because I just had them rotated. Honest and to the point. No run-around here, just good people, and good prices. The entire sale and purchase/lease process was the best experience I have ever had. I can hope other dealers and OEM's can take note and perhaps combine the customer experience here, with the 'others' on-line only purchase model. I have done both now and working with a human and company that does not play games could beat the on-line only model if done correctly. Think "T" and you will understand what I mean by on-line only.

During oil change and service my brake reservoir cap was lost. I was called to pick up truck, but when I arrived they ticket could not be closed out, no person offered apologies or explanations for why I had to wait while several people attempted to force computer to close ticket, it was very suspicious. After u brought truck home I noticed the brake cap had not been replaced, sent wife to get it back, it could not be located , they said we will order it.
