This company and I’ve dealt with a few, must say they are a 5 STAR company and would recommend anyone that this company is top notch. I hate buying vehicles but Starling changed that! Phil was amazing! He was patient and kept me informed of everything. I didn’t feel like just another sale. They listened and gave me a great deal! I have been pruchasing vehciles at diffrent dealers for several years, and I must say that this has been the most pleasent experiance ever. It was an enjoyable experiance for myself and my wife. We came and not once did we feel rushed, or pressured to buy or to loose out. "Dominick Cataldi" our sales associate, did a fatastic job and should be commended. He showed us the original vehicle that we had come in to look for and explained everthing in detail. I enjoyed the vehicle but had some concerns about the ride and some other items. After test ride and he showed us another vehicle that that he belived would quelch my concerns. Myself and the wife could not be happier with our purchase, of the new vehicle (2026 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali) that Dominick recommended. Great job fixing the issue with my truck.
Great job fixing the issue with my truck.y one and only complaint is almost everything is done through text and no person to person contact. I understand technology but I am old school and like hearing a voice or talking to them face to face. Other than that, everything was perfect. Dropped my keys off in the drop box and when it came to picking it up the service dept mad arrangements for me to pick up my key at the sales department. I WILL BE COMING BACK TO HAVE MY TRUCK SERVICED AND TO HAVE ANY WORK DONE ON MY TRUCK.

3rd attempt to leave Emily Rivera, a highly competent Service Advisor at Starling GMC in Titusville FL. No luck using the link provided?? I am a career ASE master mechanic for 50 years (retired). I have been employed at GM dealerships, so I can tell when someone takes great pride in what they do. Emily is definitely one of those gifted people. She saved me the hassle of driving to Orlando to service my 2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV. I stopped in to make an appointment, and she managed to fit me in that same day while I waited. Now that's service! I will suggest to all my GM friends and neighbors to visit the outstanding dealership. Thanks Emily Rivera and Scott Schuler.
