Great folks to deal with. Upfront offers and great pricing. Great selection of vehicles. Only issue was car wash guys use tons of tire shine and it goes all over the truck. Shop local, no games played here.

Nateko and Scott were fantastic, unfortunately my 2026 6.
Nateko and Scott were fantastic, unfortunately my 2026 6.2 Denali blew the motor I-95 during lunch rush hour and left me stranded I called Nateko and he told me to push the on star button and have it towed to Starling. I was very confused and disoriented but Nateko put me at ease and put me in a rental. A couple of days later I met Scott and he was very sympathetic and informative as I was looking for a vehicle as it was going to take about 2 months for the new motor I saw a Canyon that I liked and I purchased it because I was unsure about the Denali, Scott paid off the Denali and put me in the Canyon. I wasn't trying to be difficult but the Canyon is a much smaller vehicle. Scott said what he would do since the Denali would not be ready for 2 months he would give me the option to pay off the canyon and I would buy back the Denali. It was a very generous offer, I'm leaning towards the Denali because it is such a nice vehicle. Bottom line is Nateko, Scott, Steve and Ryan are all very professional and caring.

They don’t negotiate price or trading.
They don’t negotiate price or trading. I was told ide get an amount for my car then when I got there it changed. They made me sign paperwork before I even was aloud to test drive car. I got the car a week after I signed papers. They said they would do oil change and it’s not on the car fax.

Dropped car off the night befor for regular maintenance
Dropped car off the night befor for regular maintenance the following morning. Received absolutely no communication from the team through the day notifying us the car was done. I have called several times in attempt to speak with a member of the team with no response or call back. I had to pick the car up using a spare key and still have been unable to get someone on the phone to schedule getting my key back since I can not be there during normal business hours without taking time off work.
